The hourly rate is $43.83/hr
Total hourly benefits are $80.23/hr + $5 dollars a day regardless where you work.
I figure most of all of the construction jobs are getting above normal wages working downtown and offer OT or even more on weekends.
I think that this one Union website alone speaks volumes for the shortage of skilled [ talent ] construction workers in general. Now imagine a HQ2.
Chicago would have to hire outside the region to get enough
talent to build as much as needed as fast as needed.
