Why am I getting told off? I never said anything? Littchild was the one who made the comment about me (yes I saw that before it was deleted) yet I never said anything about him.

As I mentioned in my response to your PM, your comment was deleted because you made a direct comment about Bad Grizzly that was unnecessary as it wasn't part of the conversation. And for the record, it's not just your comments that have been deleted. The other two people mentioned in the post also had comments deleted.

I'm a big fan of being here for what it was intended for, construction updates...it's just amazing what the moderators choose to let pass, and what needs deleting.

You were mentioned because you've made some snarky remarks lately that were unnecessary.

I remember you trying to convince everyone that you were moving from a mansion by the Elbow River to a small Beltline condo by choice, and nobody believe you.

Look, no offense, but it goes without saying that anyone can say anything on these forums. For example, I travel all over the world by private jet. Gambling in Monte Carlo one day, having lunch with the Sultan of Brunei the next day. Something that's easy to do when you're a multi-millionaire.

Point being, rather than trying to make points based on your own life, which on an internet forum means nothing. Stick to keeping it simple. If someone doesn't think it's a good move to move to Beltline (which from a financial perspective can be proven as not smart financially), don't get all upset about it.

Seriously though, where people choose to live is a personal choice, even if it's not the smartest. From a $$ point of view it doesn't make sense to buy a condo in the Beltline over a single family home. If you can't afford it and a Beltline in the condo is what you can afford, than that's the choice I guess.

Who the heck cares what his untold story was behind it. It's none of your business. The fact he is, is all that is relevant and it's so ridiculous you and others are trying to debate that.

Not sure how many know about the new Bowmont Nautilus pond, but it has JUST gone on line a few months ago, and for COC, it is ground breaking technology in storm-water management. I was working in the area and thought to share this space that should be getting some press next spring.

Will be a great area for walks...lots of bridges and floating pathways. Waterfowl will be abundant, and the dead debris brought in and placed throughout should promote inner city fauna.
