Ryan as usual is jumping to conclusions. Not everyone who voted for Fred is necessarily in favour of the LRT. Most voters are not one issue voters. The same would apply to councilors. Most voters are more concerned about roads and garbage collection and having the snow plowed in winter than they are about city wide issues.
