Update...think I'm now looking at the wrong parcel. There is one a few blocks further north with all the action. Think I'm looking at the "Curtis Block".

The shape is a bit odd. Doesn't really flow but still could turn out alright. I'm more concerned in what they finish it in. Please god, don't let it be brick!

What’s wrong with brick? Any kind of masonry is nice for a larger house.
