OBJ suggesting we might get a new downtown office tower soon.
Surprised it hasn't happened yet with the Feds using 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 buildings as swing space to renovate even shittier buildings. I know they haven't asked for that space, but developers could step up in anticipation.
