Totally agree.. the city/media has done nothing except promote taking the bus including extending service for the last Sunday game .. then all of a sudden it doesn't exist.. Extremely poor customer relations.. The nerve of the codiac people saying the customer should have read the schedule.. is like Bell saying didnt your read the * at the bottom that says your rates will double in 3 months
I have ridden the bus and for years and Codiac route planners seem to have 0 concept of customer service, or what works for riders. Sunday stores are open till 6pm.. buses should run till 8pm at least for workers to get home.
The union attitude at Codiac needs to be tossed in favour of a customer focused service model, instead of a what works for Codiac workers model.
This was a Big oppurtunity to show people that Bus Service is GReat and gain ridership potentially.. and they do something like this.. They gained a bunch of new firsttime riders..then do this.
It really irks me because i would love to use the bus system more..to be eco friendly, but until ridership goes up will not get the increase in service or routes to make it better.

I think this is poor form and the city and the Wildcats should revisit this issue.
