^Victoria sur le Parc and the BNC Tower will really reinforce the skyline from that angle, can't wait...

And slowly but surely all those 60-120m towers really beefed up the skyline over the past decade. A 250m tower on the bunker of Gare Centrale could one day break the tabletop and kick this one a few notches up...

Although there are still too many surface parking lots in downtown Montreal, I find that they are small enough to not be that disruptive of the urban fabric. Its those entire city block surface lots that really kill urbanity.

Holy shit. Toronto looks so dense in this photo.

See, the thing is tho, I don't see a MAJOR tabletop type of skyline here in Montreal.. I mean yes, we got lots of 120-125m towers but its pretty scattered all over the place, the crazy thing is, most people don't realize how big the downtown actually is, and its only getting bigger! and I know in some of the photos are quite deceiving and do not depict how massive our downtown is, especially for those who have never been to Montreal. In the next 4-5 years a major change will be visible once again, with much taller towers 200m+ and I cannot wait ! Stay tuned!

Great Montreal set, I love that Ottawa shot though, it shows more variety than a lob you'd see in the distance.

Great Montreal shots, it's just mesmerizing how beautiful our top 3 cities look, you wouldn't know we are such a young country by how well developed our major cities are. Australia also has the same phenomenon. Saw a show based in Helsinki recently on Netflix, Calgary shits all over Helsinki and it's an old-world national capital.

You mean a very minimal few people from Calgary on here have "shit all over" Helsinki, right? Cause that most certainly is not a phenomenon that actually happens in this city, and it certainly hasn't come from a majority of Calgary forumers, or even a significant minority of them

You misunderstood me, I meant Calgary makes Helsinki look small time in every way, as in it's a beefier looking city. I didn't mean that Calgary forumers said anything bad about Helsinki.

Agreed. Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver are world class. Calgary and Ottawa are on the cusp in different ways. Edmonton is catching up. Quebec is beautiful in its own right. Winnipeg, Halifax, Hamilton, Victoria will hopefully do great things in the medium-term.
