I love that they're proposing using "polo blue" spandrel and window frames. So nautical

This is definitely better than the previous version. I'm happy to see developers seem to be ditching KNYMH architects.

Seems like a lot of pavement. Would be nice if it weren't so car oriented. Need more trees, if not on the property at least on the municipal surroundings.

I really like what they've done across the street. Created a downtown style walking street design. Too bad this development doesn't compliment that as well as I'd like. Regardless, it's nice to see like a small walkable street out this way. Would have been nice if they had developed this over a few more streets and made a secondary node downtown area for Winona easily accessible by transit. Especially if they built some employment sound here and attracted some nightlife.

I disagree, in my opinion this project appears to compliment it well! That large plaza on the corner, patios, and ground floor retail

Yup this project is building retail on the south side too.

There is a fairly large office building just finishing up across the street beside the QEW so there is a fair amount of employment near by too.
