I may be in the minority here but I am not a fan of the Hoxton project. The color scheme could have been so much better.

I think the Hoxton basically didn't turn out as well because of that base. The colors, at least to my eye, do not go that well together. They don't necessarily clash but there's better colors that would have worked better for the base. Project would have turned out 100X better if they didn't even have that podium and it was all the darker brick color.

Goddamn, West Loop is out cold right now. 845 Madison is one of my favorite proposals glad to see more substantial activity there.

Brick work on the Hoxton (especially the dark brick) is beautiful.

I know Linea has been done for a while and maybe I'm just crazy, but I do not remember there being a giant box on top of it when it was finished up. It is so large that you can see it from street level.

Here is what I am talking about:

Anyone have any idea what this might be? Maybe Nick has a shot from his helicopter of it recently haha

It looks like CDW is moving into 625 W. Madison. Their 300ksqft lease should fill the remaining occupancy in the building.

It's the Airconditioning/elevator core... been there since the building was finished
