It's still there, only the Citadel is now on top. It's an entrance to the library parkade.

You can access the library parkade by that route through/underneath the Citadel? I was not aware of that.

It just seems strange to have a library parking entrance across the street and going underground in the direction away from the library.

That parkade is massive, i wouldn't really call it the library parkade. More like a public Edmonton parkade that happens to have a library on top of it.

I just noticed that the Telus Toll Building is only partially built. They eventually expanded the building to take up most of the block up to the Telephone Exchange Building. Interesting.

It looked much better at half width.
It is still terrible and will always be terrible at grade.

It makes me wonder how they built the LRT underneath, I somehow thought it had been built later with the citadel.

I don't follow the purpose of the low-rise podium building on the NE corner of the development. Why is it in the configuration that it is, i.e. low-rise. Why does it not contain greater height? Genuinely curious.
