It does have appealing details, but too bad they chose clear glass that makes everything look messy. From a distance it won't be too striking: like a regular Yaletown condo without the usual balconies. The old glass colour had more character: they should have chosen coloured glass instead: something blue, or even copper-tinted that is highly reflective would be awesome.
One great feature, like phesto said, would be the LED lighting, but the effect isn't as great, and kinda wasted on a short building. Why can't they do that on the Shangri-la or other more notable towers?
