Right now it's a "road to nowhere", but they're building a connector through to NB114, which should be open by 2020 I believe. This will allow you to take the scenic route all the way from SJ to Moncton, including the Fundy Trail Parkway, Fundy Park itself, Cape Enrage, Hopewell Rocks and the drive up the Petitcodiac River valley into Moncton.
Once complete, the entire Fundy coast from Saint Andrews by-the-Sea all the way the Sackville will be accessible and hopefully will put pay to the notion of NB being a "drive-thru province".
