From the video, it appears it'll be built just north of the HEB and below the new Lenox Boardwalk apartments.

Sounds awesome. I like the strategy. Don't wait for big capitalists to invest in the arts. If they were going to do so they would have done it already. Artists gotta take it upon themselves.

We need more of this. We need to be bullish about art.
