I understand that building height is more or less just a 🞵🞵🞵🞵 measuring contest, but I'm ready to see another big 🞵🞵🞵🞵.

Fair enough! I appreciate your honesty.

I look forward to seeing how they handle the pedestrian experience with this building.

This is a skyscraper forum. Our two tallest were built decades ago. While all us of enjoy the frantic generally low to mid-rise infill, there's just as many of us waiting year after year (after year) for something really tall to be built again.

This is beautiful! Excited to see this lot finally filled in.

Having spent four years at the College of Business at Tech and living around the corner from this location, I am struggling to understand this perspective and how these buildings can possibly fit on that lot. If this is truly looking west down 5th Street, whatever that is off the right of the rendering can't possibly fit there. But the two main buildings shown could, and would work perfectly with the surrounding neighborhood.

Not sure about the design... it's quite bland for this town. Trophy towers should look MUCH better than two slanted boxes glued together...

It's unique enough to stand out in that spot. The only thing that looks somewhat similar in Midtown would be NCR.

1105 west peachtree for me - the design is more of a standout even if its shorter. (🞵🞵🞵 is going on with this one!)

This. I'm not exactly a tall skyscraper wh*re, but even I'm getting worn out with all the 22-26 story buildings going up everywhere in Midtown. Let's break up the plateau effect, shall we?

As for Tech Square phase III - please GOD do not let the finished product be value engineered to death!

Looks like you're getting a 20-30 story building at Tech Square Phase III regardless.

The same ones you do... I’ve been lurking in the background waiting for that big announcement so I can’t watch everyone bust one when it comes.

Tinder might be an option! Joking aside, we’re past due for a taller building.
