Fascinating!

Which was trickier: working with the McClintock Building or the Solar Preservation requirement? Also that back 'light court'.

I think I might prefer the hotel design to the office tower. That is awesome!

That looks great! Hope it can make it into this market cycle.

I was driving through there earlier and the amount of new density in that area is impressive, and Block 162 is not even out of the ground yet. I still think 15th needs a makeover similar to what they did with 14th back in 2011. It's becoming an increasingly important corridor through downtown, and not just a speedway like it used to be.

Think this might be 1144 bigger brother. Must have had the same developer and or architect. But gives you a good idea what it would have looked like if the crown lights were turned on.

Hmm, can you share your location? I can't think of a garage that is southeast of the Capitol.

Cherry Creek has tons of garages! This one was taken from 2nd and Josephine, Baird building.

ANSWER: A (soon to be) Vib Hotel (pronounced “vibe”). It's a boutique hotel concept by Best Western Hotels and Resorts coming to 3560 Brighton Blvd.

Last I heard not even wong knew this.
