That is the same. I've seen his advertisements being deleted as Fraud on several of the sites he has posted since he claims it's walking distance to the centre.

I was unaware he had tried Hijacking the site though.

He got mad when rumors Dieppe wanted to build an Arena, and reconfigure the sports fields in the Dover Park area, and had claimed his farm would be a better location.

As for the bridge there where Drawings, and looks like he wanted a bridge to be built from his Driveway to the Dover Park access road.

Also it seems the City is still talking to parking lot owners nearby as an in case the parking is a real issue. (According to friend who work, and park downtown) Some lots might be on board as they are less likely to have employees 24/7.

Well, that would certainly fit the description of ALC.

Nobody on the forum really knows who won the naming rights. We're only speculating about ALC because they are sponsoring the plaza activities during the grand opening celebrations.

One thing that worries me about ALC is whether securing naming rights for an arena fits in with their advertising mandate as a public corporation serving all four Atlantic provinces. I mean, would NL or NS be happy to see ALC spending millions for naming rights on an arena in NB? - even if their head office is only a block away? I'm not so sure.........

If it's a local company that no one is expecting, and it is not an Irving corporate entity, then there is one other potential company whose name I'd like to throw in the ring - Armour Transportation. They are good corporate citizens, and I could see them doing it.

I also like the sound of Armour Centre - sounds nice and strong.

They have still yet to install any gates at the Heritage Court parking lot (approx. 800 car capacity) with 6 days to go before Keith Urban. Quite interested to see what happens with it..the lot has maybe 20 cars in it after 5:30.

Booters delight!

I'm sure they are salivating over the expected boom in their business........

As far as I have seen in my time working here Heritage Management does not work with any booters. They've always issued tickets or if a car is there for longer than a day they will tow. Aside from about 50 reserved spots marked with different paint their lot is the only free downtown parking lot 24/7.

My guess is they haven't put up any gates because there still could be some ongoing talks.

Turn up your hearing aid, it's not ALC. Locally owned company.

Man I hope it's something that we all like. Not something that makes me say "I should have known that they couldn't come up with something decent!" I'm actually really anxious about what it's going to be lol.
