That looks like a Glastron Scimitar in the fourth picture, a very rare and collectable boat. There is only one in Winnipeg that I know of.

View of downtown skyscrapers from Carlton between McDermot and Notre Dame.

Carlton so desperately needs that bike lane to be separated by parking (and a row of trees!).
