1. Elevated light rail in the city's core and to ABIA
2. A supertall
3. A HSR stop from OKC to Monterrey with a HOU line going to NOLA, an RGV line with SPI, and a Corpus line
4. Commuter rail from DT ATX to the DT of every major suburb
5. Nonstop flights to Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. More air carriers from overseas
6. NBA, MLB, NFL, and NHL
7. A second elite university
8. Metro Area 5+ million (with no SA included)
9. A real Chinatown and real ethnic neighborhoods
10. More museums, performing arts, symphonies
11. Our own version of Pikes Place Market
