Anyway, I like the concept and the look of the new project, it's very modern looking and it's a fairly tall building, one of the taller ones in downtown (mid rise wise). It's also located on The Kay, which is a great retail destination.
Looks like I was also wrong about Mohanna, they are really starting to pick up their game and they are the company that is actually building taller and bringing new housing ideas to the city. Let's hope that eventually they will be able to propose skyscrapers like their Capitol Grand Tower project, but that's at least a decade away until Sacramento reaches that height.
