Buildings downtown that have public access to an observation style floor up top

Hello,

I was wondering if people in the know could share which buildings downtown or around the area that have an upper or top floor that is publicly accessible to see the city.

I know of the Marriott and the Delta but are there any other good ones that provide some sort of view?

Are there any new buildings that will have some sort of official observation level or access? The Claridge Icon or anything else perhaps?

Thank you

1. Andaz has a great rooftop lounge and outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the market and Gatineau.

2. 150 Elgin Street (Shopify) has a big public rooftop terrace on the 7th floor.

It's worth checking out the Peace Tower, since it is going to be closed this fall for 10 years

Zibi will be building a 30 meter (100 feet) observation tower out of shipping containers on the Gatineau side. It will become the sales centre and stick around for up to 10 years. To be completed by next Spring. The structure will be lit at night.

The City of Gatineau does not currently allow this kind of structure, but will be considered at Council on August 28. It's expected to pass with flying colours.

The developers will use this as a market study to see if it would be worth building a permanent observatory in the future.
