The Well is way too short for this thread - you have luckily somehow managed to find Massey Tower in that picture.

Massey Tower, at 208 metres, is #10... 488 University and towers less than 200 metres are now all in the 11 - 30 U/C thread.

So, in 12 months when Telus Sky and Stantec are completed, will this list likely be 100% Toronto? I can't remember if that has ever happened during my time on the forum.

There is a consultant team working on it and according to them (horse's mouth) it will be in sales next fall and construction a few months later...but obviously market dependant and certainly ambitious.

Wouldn't ever want to live there, but Humber Bay is getting damn tall for sure.

Same, there isn't much to do around there. Still, nice location for views and recreation.

There is a lot to do there actually, the place is filled with bars and restaurants at the base of most of these towers,
It's right beside the beach and the nicest bike trail in the city.
It is beside big park that has an interesting geography and amazing views of the city.

I suppose it's a subjective viewpoint, to me it really has a limited amount of options compared to where I live now. Humber Shore only has a walk score of 61 compared to my location (Riverside) where the walk score is 96. Perhaps if I didn't live somewhere with so many options Humber Shore would seem like a more interesting place. It can't compete though with the shops, restaurants, bars, and transit more central locations offer.

It looks dead here : https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.62713...7i13312!8i6656

And filled with the typical condo hood crap like Rabba Fine Foods, Subway, and Firkin Pubs: https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.62707...7i13312!8i6656

Nothing there competes to my hood: https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.65959...7i13312!8i6656
