Browsing through the old posts, they started in March 2015 and I recall it was supposed to take about 3 years to build. Then given the tragic accident, that probably put them behind 6 months,m which would then put completion at right around now, but they are only half way to the top. Based on 1 floor per week, I'm thinking they'll be done by summer 2019.
