Riveting news, I know, but fence is back down at Hanover west Peachtree, at least on 10th street. Noticed the fence was down about two or three days ago, although a portion was still up along west Peachtree. Looking forward to learning what retail tenants will occupy the building.

Does anyone ever hear anything about Azure on the Park Phase 2? I believe that fence on 10th St next to the fire station has been in place for 10 years (literally)!

I was told by someone involved with the project that they scrapped plans for Phase 2.
