<<<Even though there's no crane on site, it's nice to see activity taking place. In some ways it still seems surreal that this development is actually happening. After completion of 360 Main and Winnipeg Square in 1979, the property had remained virtually unchanged for nearly 40 years. I didn't think anything would ever change there and was really shocked when Artis REIT revealed their plans a couple of years ago. I'm really looking forward to this development going up and changing our skyline.
