Have they not been turning the lantern on at night lately?

Very Nice. The public art is interesting. Also, this is the first interior photo that I've seen from the actual construction of the building. Fantastic. Please share more if they are available.

I wonder if Comcast will have a week end open to the public open house as the building is finished. That would have to be good local PR for a company that needs good local PR. If this happens it's too bad the very top floors of the hotel won't be finished by then.
Beautiful shots from inside the lobby. I'll give credit to Comcast for building outstanding public spaces in their HQ complex.

No need to worry. There has not been an official announcement; just speculation.

Yea, I'm really not believing anything yet. But I talked to the guy and he said, "I work in construction. We have information as to which job is next, size, height, prints, design etc. LF Driscoll is the General Contractor for most large scale projects in center city Philadelphia, I work for a subcontractor for them. So we get the architectural and structure prints long before there’s a hole dug into the ground."
If anything else comes up I'll post

No reason to think he is telling untruths.

It's no secret that LF Driscoll will get the GC job for the next Comcast bldg. I think Comcast's growth has to do more with how tall its next building will be. They lost the Century Fox bid so that doesn't bode well for a taller building.

I'm personally very disappointed in the lobby. I was hoping for a wood paneled, Pocono ski lodge type of thing.
