I think its quite nice. It certainly will be the new shiny kid on the block. For security reasons, I wouldn't think they'd want it to be too open to the public. That section of town never really seemed to be much of random destination unless you had business to attend to or needed a place to park. More of a segway to points north and south. Its not a terribly attractive area. All in all, this will be the most attractive thing in that section of dt.
