If they needed to insist on the 'Park' theme - a better option would have been 'Quibble Park' after the park these 2 towers are integrated with. The irony is that these towers are the furthest from King George of them all.

Don't give them that much credit. The original project by the Korean Developer was called Infinity. Nothing Park in the name. The company was also called Jung Ventures. No Park in that name.

They (Concord) _probably_ started the naming with Park Place because it is near to Holland Park and they're simply keeping that "Park" name at the front because they can't really think too far outside the box, thus why most Concord towers look the same.

Thanks for sharing. Yes the noise you mostly hear is the shoring of the excavation walls. You'll hear it for at least 6 months as they continue digging deeper. Once 7 am hits, bang! they are shoring up. That, and the occasional honks by the excavators telling the dump trunks they are full and to move out.

Once they poor the foundation and start building upwards to grade then above grade, it is not that loud. I watched Evolve from Ultra (face west) and once they finished shoring it was much better sound-wise. They are moving fast on this one based on your video because of preferential soil conditions.

Lol - Get used to it.

Construction of Evolve has been my 7am construction alarm clock since January 2016. Has become such the norm that it will be strange to not wake up to construction when it's finally done later this year.

The excavation was definitely the worst though... and lasted for 8 months. That drilling sound.
