I agree. But at the community meeting on Tuesday, the architect from Goettsch mentioned that they were aspirational and would depend upon tenant demand for the extra outdoor space. In other words, the impression they left was that since the building is not being built on spec, they have to justify some or all of those cutouts during the pre-build leasing process.

I think it did - they've had building permits too for at least a month. Wouldn't be surprised if they were done or almost done with the foundation now.
