The curbs by the intersection are like max 3" off the road, presumably as they'll raise the intersection to them along with the north side sidewalk renewal. The bollards are already on the Hargrave side of TNS.
Looks like they're preparing to close off lanes around the Sutton developments. Brand new concrete Jersey barriers arriving as I drove by earlier today.
I came back to work after two weeks off and see that there is construction hording on the inside of City Place where the new skywalk will tie into the mall north of the Shark Club.
I really like how the buildings are turning out. I can see myself being in the plaza all the time while I wait for the bus. I believe that the current bus stop at Hargrave will be moved back to the square once the second building is complete.
Those are great looking buildings. I really like tower 1 the more I look at, to me its the standout one of the 4, and it just curves wonderfully
(I also really wish the market warrented and justified a taller tower 1....it almost looks unfinished from certain angles, like they only built half of it haha)
^ As with Manitoba Hydro Place, another 10 storeys would have gone a long way.
It's a challenge leasing what they've got ... the equivalent of three more TDS's would be a little hard to find. Plus the elevator core would then need to be expanded so the leasable space would go down significantly.
