It's a couple of blocks away, so OAC may not obstruct it that much. OAC definitely obstructs Atlantic House, as does Icon.

Any update on Code Brown - Google Operation Center?
Not yet. I really think the Google project and Apple HQ2 decisions are being delayed pending Amazon's announcement since that would dramatically impact the pool of available talent.
