I know the Forks is all about promoting alternative modes of transportation but I think this is pushing it

Will we hear more info about this project this year? Im willing to bet that its a mixed use building hotel combo maybe including a huge water park.. but they seem comfident that it will happen.. i think regardless if its as huge as they say its going to be a game changer.. hopefully adds to the skyline

I don't think many of u relize that our little corner of the internet is a major source for information for local media they pay attention to here.
quite often ive seen stuff pop up in the paper/other media a day or 2 after we discussed something here going on from development to other stuff.... so be carefull plz ive seen some interesting projects pop up as teasers and die suddenly cause word got around and the developer got cold feet
