Should this be changed to under construction?

And I got a notice today about the next two towers in this development, Application 7917-0363-00 at 13778 100 Ave. I don't know anything about making new threads so details:

676 apartment units
7 townhouse units
two towers (35 and 39 stories)
39 story will have a 2 and 3 story townhouse base, and both will sit on an amenity podium
southern portion to be conveyed to the City for parkland
Reduce minimum setback distance for a "Class A Stream" from 30 metres to 15 metres.

Alright! They just unloaded another excavator this evening. That puts 4 on site now.

What?? I thought this was one tower?

Edit* oh this is the other totally different project. It has nothing to do with this one

Things are only classified as under construction on these forums when the foundation starts being built. Excavation doesn't = construction here.

I think you may be slightly confused!

The project link you posted is Central City 2 and will be built where the Best Buy is on the corner of King George and 100 Ave. (Office tower).

Park Boulevard is a single tower directly beside King George station (this thread is for that tower).

The two new towers under application are going to be built on 100 Ave beside the newly built Park Avenue West.

I guess you can use the new Avani project as reference. They just finished pre-sales this Monday.

No, that is the site where the large oval tower was being proposed but that proposal was in fact 2 towers. A tall oval tower then a smaller 20something storey tower in the corner. Everyone focused on the oval tower, but it was always 2 towers.

If you still don't believe me I'll dig up the original plan for you, but you can go onto Cosmos (Surrey mapping) and click on the property and pull it up if you're interested.

Basically Concord is keeping it 2 towers, but they've made the oval tower square now, reduced its height, and raised the height of the second tower.
