From the article:
"Residential developer Green Brick Partners will build 150 townhomes in Grant Park along the Atlanta Beltline.
The project, known as Pratt Stacks, will include 16 buildings, with units starting at $390,000 along the planned Southside Trail extension. It will rise at 385 Grant Circle, across from Beacon Atlanta, the more than $20 million redevelopment of six aging warehouses.
Green Brick Partners subsidiary Providence Group of Georgia LLC is developing Pratt Stacks. It bought the 5.85 acres the townhomes will sit on for $6.9 million on March 1. Green Brick was represented by Rich Arroll of Major & Arroll, and the seller, Ice Capital LLC, was represented by Jason Eden of Cross-Town Realty.
Green Brick (Nasdaq: GRBK) is a Texas-based homebuilding and land development company whose core markets are Dallas and Atlanta. It purchased 11 lots in Atlanta in 2015 that are a 19-home community called The Parc at Cogburn. The following year purchased 83 lots to develop, and it also began work on a 73-unit townhome community, Suwanee Station.
Green Brick Partners subsidiary The Providence Group's townhomes range from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet and range in price from $310,000 to $650,000.
