I like both towers, especially the longer angle/facade of each building, since it sort of reminds me of the NBC towers cascading vertical elements.
For both this development and the Tribune megatall, I would love to see hotel operators announced sooner than later, to make each of these feel more concrete, regardless of what the respective developers say..
