Yes, crows from across the Metro area all congregate around the Still Creek Industrial Park to roost overnight, near the Home Depot on Gilmore seems to be their favourite spot. If you are driving around the area around dusk, you are guaranteed to see countless crows all flying towards the same spot.

there used to be more crows. I used to work at that whitespot in the 90's and the amount of crows were incredible.

if you go to the casino at night and use the skybridge you will see the trees full of crows. ALlso see them at costco a lot. It's pretty cool.

Some new photos from this article published a day ago, taken from inside the plaza at various angles.

The amazing brentwood website has some updated photos on the gallery page

it looks like they've diverted quite a bit from the original renderings. I'm not liking the lack of glass from surrounding the plaza...gives a bit of a feeling of being surrounded by walls.

what do you all think?

Awesome, thanks.

I assume that the hoardings at plaza level are temporary, pending leasehold improvements of the tenants behind?
Otherwise, that would be a lot of blank wall facing the plaza.

The overpass doesn't look that narrow.
Maybe about the same width as the entrance to Pacific Centre from the Canada Line downtown.

Ya, the renderings show all those beige panels to be glass. They don't look like a permanent wall. I'll bet we'll be seeing glass by the time this is over

Given the stage of finishing they're currently at, it does seem like this is how they're going to hand it over, but I hope you guys are right and I'm wrong on this one...

How long will it take Shape to install laminate flooring, kitchen appliances, shelves, etc per floor level?

I just realized that the beige colour could be wraps / protective vinyl on the panes of glass.
I think the glass behind is mullion-free based on the theatre level glass and the glass on the protruding part that is visible.
