Sure. For a little perspective, there's also hundreds of office towers in Toronto and maybe a dozen mixed office and residential towers . Some of those have been converted to full residential over the years. Perhaps it has gained in popularity however, I can't think of many mixed office/residential towers built in Toronto over the past 15 years. The office space is always a condo corporation too like Hullmark Centre.
488 University doesn't really count because it wasn't designed as mixed use from the ground up. Square footage was added in the form of condos to probably recoup the costs of the needed reskin/upgrades as quick as possible.
This street is the centre of mixed office/residential developments in Toronto. There's 3 towers in a row. The former office podium of this tower is now residential. One is also a condo with just an office tower attached to it.
