Was walking by on Saturday and got to watch the crane arm being installed for Anthem Technology Center. Pretty interesting stuff! (In the background is the new student tower on the left & Coda on the right.)

A 51-story tower is planned for Midtown, with a new hotel, condos and office space overlooking Peachtree Street.
Atlanta’s Selig Development Co. has filed plans in Atlanta for 1125 Peachtree St., a prime property in Selig's portfolio for more than a decade.
The project would include a 271-key hotel, about 70 condo units, more than 200,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of street-level retail.
At 573 feet tall, it would become one of the Midtown's tallest towers.
“The office, hotel and residential buildings stack vertically on top of each other, stepping back from each other as uses change,” says a project summary submitted to Atlanta planning officials.
Selig’s project would include 16 floors of condos, a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. The condos could average about 2,100 square feet.
Amenities at the project could include a ballroom, spa, indoor and outdoor pool and fitness center. Plans also show two restaurants at the street level, including a “specialty” restaurant and a “three-meal” restaurant.
