I may be partial but, if it's not Atlanta, I think NOVA would be an amazing choice. The access to amenities in the DC metro is wonderful. There is just so much to do here. The diversity of the area is a STRONG plus.
I will agree with you about the cost of living. I am assuming that most of these Amazon workers will probably be young. They may not be adverse to having roommates. If they "couple up" then maybe they can finally start to build something. Either that or live way out...and who wants to do that?
