Perhaps they would. They've turned an area that was a malarial swamp 100 years ago into a global tourism destination that beats everything Atlanta has to offer combined several times over--they deserve the benefit of the doubt. You know, maybe to actually see what they're proposing before trashing it just because of their name.
Also, if you're trying to build a plastic, hokey junior amusement park then Hulsey is like a really impractical expensive place to put it. Do you really think their grand plan is to have suburbanites navigate their Chevy Tahoes full of kids up and down Carroll Street?
Just relax and wait and see what it actually is, whether Disney or something else. It's not like you can do anything about it until it's announced anyways.
