It's doubtful you would, since the application has only just been submitted barely two days ago.
It's for the site adjacent to the red building at the corner of Nelson and Bennett and across the park and Firestation.
My guess is the rezoning application will probably seek to combine those two lots (including the one of the red building) for higher density and FAR, since the application mentions its for a highrise with street oriented townhousing and the 4960 Bennett St. site on it's own seems to small or tight on it's own (unless it's a very slim tower).
It's literally about the only lot left in that entire block (between Bennett on the North and Imperial on the South, and between Nelson on the West and Marlborough on the East) which hasn't been redeveloped, if we're to assume the Firehouse and Park are going nowhere.
It filled up pretty fast.
There was an earlier application for another highrise on the block to the East of Marlborough to replace the row of lowrises fronting Marlborough, so I guess that's the block (between Marlborough and Burlington) that's going to see quite a bit of redevelopment activity going forward now. Maybe even going all the way to Royal Oak.
