That slideshow was (cringingly) hilarious. Reminds me of work some days (looks like I'm getting lots done, unless you pay attention and realize it's still the same task - I wonder what their Gantt charts look like?). The one of Fiacco holding a sledhammer to a poster of bricks being smashed though, that's the epitome of optics.

The seven SkyCity listings on the MLS since 2016 have disappeared.

Granted, this happened before and they reappeared a couple days later.

Otherwise, er, congratulations on the sales.

thank god. i think the worst possible outcome here is they demo the st regis and take ages to put up a parkade and never build the tower. if it reverts to CV , the st regis remains a 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 boarded up building, but at least it doesn't become parking forever

They are never going to build anything, St. Regis site or elsewhere. Best thing to do would be just delete this project from the forum.

Has anyone been keeping track on how Fortresses' other projects (other than Capital Pointe)? Curious to know how many are actually coming to fruition. I've looked at other projects and the only significant one I've found with meaningful progress is SoBa 2 in Ottawa.
