The building looks absolutely fantastic, and it's nice to have a more "futuristic" looking building amidst the heritage buildings in that area. I love all the glass. Great job Viking!
The big thing for me here though is it gets rid of a surface lot(s?) and brings in 100 jobs right off the bat! (With another 100 to come down the road)
all of that is really positive.
