I hope you are correct and they re-position it but at least according to the rendering it's actually facing Dearborn. You can see the building in the background of the rendering and then the streetview I'm linking below have the same balcony pattern (2 kind of close together in the middle):

Really hoping that the garages don't face the street and instead face the alley..it's actually kind of weird that they'd do this and put the alley away from the main street. I understand it's a high end building and people will own cars, but at the same time the front facing Dearborn could be a lobby/turn around with parking entrance from the alley instead.

It's on the alley.... just check the satellite map... they need the alley to access the parking both on the side and on the north end...

Is the rendering wrong then? The rendering clearly has the garage facing Dearborn

I believe this was already discussed before, but the garage doors face the alley. See floorplan here.

This building is way too thin to creep up to Dearborn. Although I too am curious as to what eventually goes up on the corner and blocks that view.

Great find - but it shows the opposite - garage doors to that frontage area. There is no alley on the West side.
