Pedestrian bridge between Limoilou and Pointe-aux-Lièvres. Small but cute proposal.

Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Hampshire. The incredible greenhouse is used to grow the botanicals used for the gin. There was a TV show on the construction project last year on TVO.

I can see that a bit.

Cool bridge. I don’t get the pathway in the park though. It doesn’t connect to the bridge and it’s so meandering I can’t see pedestrians actually following the path. Most will probably cut through the middle.

Cool. Looks like a giant version of those trendy little terraniums. The difference is Winspear doesn’t look clear like that. It’s more opaque and solid looking.

A few from Ottawa.

Westboro Lofts at 1946 Scott by Surface Developments. This one is a short walk away from Wetboro Transitway Station, to be converted as part of the Confederation Line by 2023.

St-Charles Market by ModBox. An early 20th Century Church in Vanier, east of downtown Ottawa. The church will be saved and converted to a farmers market while a condo building will be wrapped around it. Only a few of the exterior walls are deemed "historic" by the City, but the developer will preserve the entire building.

Townhouses good, massing and pretty much everything else inappropriate and terrible. Disrespectful to the site and the community.

I'd at least get a chuckle out if it, were it proposed for the CNIB site..

as is, much 🞵🞵🞵.. somehow manages to be worse than the Regency 121 project

as an aside... is it a good idea to redevelop a school site like this, when stated intent is to double/triple the population in the core?

That site is great, but the school is done and there certainly won't be another one there as there is another school site in operation a few blocks away.
