Me again. Looks like you can see the anchor bolts for steel columns next to the concrete hose in this photo. So looks like 25th is mostly steel.
Everything from this floor pour up is steel. I thought there would be one more column and floor concrete floor but...
The glazing will start going up next week. They were holding off because of last minute design revisions.

Regarding Biff's first picture, with all the buildings surrounding MTS Centre now and the impending TV attention of a serious Stanley Cup playoff run, I'm surprised they haven't painted an ad up there yet
- Sutton Place slightly behind schedule, but excavation starting "later this year"
- Tower 1 office 60% leased
- Says the Tower 1 retail will all be local boutique retail and LC up to 50,000 sqft still
- Apartments in Tower 2 to start marketing this fall; completion spring 2019
- Artis also said to expect cranes up for 300 Main in June/July

Will there be any residential units on the 25th? Or is that purely amenity/mechanical space?

You would think they would have gone with more height on the 24th floor if those are going to be marketed as penthouse suites. Pretty big chunk of coin to give up dedicating the 25th floor to common areas IMO!
