I thought it was a fantasy project but hoped it would refocus things in this thread. Would be nice to see such a proposal though. It’s been a while.

So it is like a footing?

I suppose that also suggests that is the final depth of the pit. Still lots more digging to go though, as much of the rest of the massive footprint is not down to that level.

Better to post something real to get the thread refocused. To be honest, I'm not even sure that would help anyway, looking at all that's happening at the other site, I feel like this thread is finished. Maybe the focus should be on the Green Line and Airport thread? Those threads are still decent.

I spent the better part of the morning over at SRC going through all the various updates and discussion from the last week and I'm still not caught up. There's more project/proposal/construction info and discussion there in the last day or so than there has been here in all of 2018. The sad part is I'm not even exaggerating.
As far as LRT/Airport/Road topics, SSP is still good on those. There is discussion on those topics over there, but not as active as here.

I'm still keeping my account here so as to check out the various threads, but those who are dedicated to staying here are missing out in a big way (unless your interest is one of the other threads.)

Larry Heather is active today. He's protesting the nude swim that never happened at Southland a few months back. His news must be on a 2 month delay.

I took a photo but it wasn't clear and I have no desire to return to get a better one.

It does look amazing. Too bad it isn't it going to be about 300' taller.
