Along Southside Beltline corridor, huge project aims to foster neighborhood businesses

Did this development slip under the radar? I don't remember hearing about it. Pretty huge deal for the Southside if this happens. More info on plans for the 31 acre site.

A planning permit was filed today for a mixed used development at 1295 Spring St NW (between 16th and 17th).
