A 35-storey tower is in the works on the Delta side of Scott Road, at 75A Ave (just past the northern end of all the Strawberry Hill commercial sites - kitty-corner to the Shoppers/former Future Shop). It went to Delta's advisory design panel a couple weeks ago. The application was submitted May 2017 with renderings from Sept. 2017, noting the site plan was revised in November to move the parking entry from the centre of the site to entry off the north lane.
