Mission Group is applying for a rezoning for the first phase of their redevelopment of the block that includes the former Bargain Shop. This is for the first tower which will be located at 1471 St Paul Street, a parking lot just behind the Bargain Shop building. They are proposing 24 stories and 178 units with retail at grade:

I think we'll see more and more low/midrise developments in Mission Village. Now that SOPA has risen, and the world didn't end, the area is primed for more density around Lakeshore.

10 storey condo proposed in West Kelowna's Lakeview Heights neighbourhood. City council members have voted 5-1 in favour of a second reading.

Here's a new rendering of what the skyline of Kelowna could look like in the next decade, impressive:

That's impressive. I wish Nanaimo would build new high rise developments too.

Fingers crossed.

What is the tallest tower behind the existing waterfront hotel / casino complex?

Unless the angle is distorting the size, looks to be taller that the 131 meter recently approved hotel tower.

That would be the 36fl One Water which just broke ground a couple of weeks ago.

Read the last few pages.

The 131 meter hotel / condo project just approved (which will be the city's new tallest by a decent margin) and the two tower One Water project moving along, which will temporarily be the city's new tallest, among several others.

I would need an actual list Name/address, height/storeys, construction/proposed/built would be sufficient.

What the status westcorp hotel and Argus?
