Agreed. I have to think that the railcar system is goung to be by far easier to use than the bus rack-and-roll racks. I have helped some use those, and they are not immediately intuitive as to manner of use for most new or infrequent users, nor as easy to lift into and out of. The bus drivers certainly appreciated my helping those in difficulty.
Thus, my comment to complainers, inc. who have not even seen it yet is - Shall we wait and see ? (and stop whining until then ? or do you want some cheese with that ?).
